Vaccines Detox Protocols for Kids

As parents become educated about vaccines, many feel an overwhelming sense of regret and guilt for the vaccinations they have already given their children. In the words of the great poet, Maya Angelou, I remind parents that they did the best they could with the knowledge they had at the time, and that guilt and regret are only useful when they move us forward.


Here are some ways in which you can safely start to detox your children from vaccine damage. Since we are all frequently exposed to environmental toxins, we can safely introduce these protocols to all members of our families.





Epsom Salt Bat Detox

Add a cup of Epsom salt to your own or your child's bath twice a week. If you don't have a bath, use a magnesium-sulfate transdermal (through the skin) spray or cream, which kids usually don't object to, especially if you let them do it themselves. The magnesium relaxes the nervous system, and the sulphate helps the sulphation process, supporting liver detoxification and building glutathione synthesis. Glutathione is an essential antioxidant and detoxification agent.


An Epsom salt bath is recommended after a swim in a chlorinated pool or after exposure to common everyday chemicals.


Good Gut Health

The body's detoxification pathways include the liver, the kidneys, the lungs, the lymphatic system, and the digestive system. Most important to digestion is our gut microbiome - the colony of bacteria and organisms that live inside our gut. This forest of living organisms helps break our food down into nutrients, which supply our cells with energy. We must learn to respect it and to teach our children to do the same.


A healthy microbiome is established during a vaginal delivery when the baby takes in the mother's flora as it passes through the birth canal. If the baby is breastfed and a nutrient-rich diet is introduced at the right time, your child's digestion will probably function well. However, many of our vaccinated children have not had this experience, and the cascade of interventions (some of which may have been life-saving) may have interrupted this process.


Often, our vaccinated kids have a history of chronic throat and ear infections for which repeat courses of antibiotics have been prescribed. A single course of antibiotics can destroy the gut microbiome for months. If your child has taken antibiotics, it is advisable to remove all sugar and all processed foods from their diet and to restore their gut microbiome with a diet rich in prebiotics, probiotics, and nutrient-dense foods.

Yeast (candida) thrives on sugar and simple carbohydrates, so cut them out completely while you are restoring gut health. A high protein, high fat diet with probiotic rich foods such as lacto fermented sauerkraut, lacto fermented vegetable pickles and kefir, will restore a healthy gut flora and then you may reintroduce healthy carbs such as sourdough bread, pasta and basmati rice back into the diet.


The war on salt, sun, and animal products has been one of the greatest lies fed down through the media over the last fifty years. So make sure you and your family are getting enough of nature's gifts. Salt can be added to food according to taste, but be sure to use a good quality, mineral-rich salt. Use butter and fermented dairy products and feed your children eggs, fish, chicken, and meat - grassfed and organic or pasture raised where possible.


Pain Killers

Pain killers such as Ibuprofen and paracetamol each have their problems and should be avoided unless absolutely necessary, such a following a tooth extraction or painful surgery. A headache can be treated with homeopathy and salt packs, a fever should not be treated at all, though if your child is very uncomfortable you can use good old-fashioned grandma remedies such as a cool damp cloth, a tepid bath or, a vinager soaked cloth on the souls feet to provide temporary relief.


Ibuprofen damages the tight junctions of the gut lining, allowing undigested proteins to enter the bloodstream before they are completely broken down. The proteins that escape through the damaged gut lining from gluten and dairy, create a morphine-like reaction in the brain, causing our kids and ourselves to be dreamy and unfocused. If you remove these foods, you will often see your children return to a better state of mental and physical health. This is often a temporary process, and they will be able to eat healthy breads and dairy again once the gut is flourishing with a healthy microbiome and the tight junctions have self repared.


Paracetamol crosses the blood-brain barrier which is why it works, but it also depletes glutathione, an essential antioxidant in the detoxification process. It has also been shown to effect our ability to feel empathy (see study below ), so not only does it block our pain, it blocks our ability to feel the pain of others.


Dinner for Breakfast

Whatever protein you had for dinner the night before can be eaten for breakfast. I know that sounds strange at first, but a high-protein breakfast will keep your child's glucose stable and give them longer sustained morning energy.


Instead of sugary cereals and commercial bread or toast, feed your family a more Mediterranean-style breakfast of eggs, cheese, real yogurts or fermented kefir, sourdough spelt bread, fish, and salads in the summer months, and soups, broths, and meat, fish, or chicken in the winter.


Some low-carb, high-protein dinner/breakfast foods may include:


Fish cakes, salmon patties, smoked fish, eggs, sardines, avocado, sausages, chicken, meatballs, grilled chicken, steak, stews, bone broth, miso soup with fish, beef, and udon noodles. Avoid beans and legumes in the morning as they are believed to dull thinking.


Trampoline for Lymphatic Drainage

Stimulating the lymphatic system is important for detoxification. Jumping on a trampoline is a great way for children to do that. If you don't have access to a trampoline, encourage skipping, swimming, soccer, dance, yoga, martial arts, or any sport they enjoy, but make sure they are moving, preferably jumping, daily. Ensure your child drinks plenty of warm or room temperatue fluids to support lymphatic flow and drainage.


Massage

After a warm bath at night, you can give your child a massage with a mild oil such as coconut or (warmed-up) cold-pressed sesame oil, and this will also help the lymphatic system. Massage around the lymph nodes, which act like infection inspection stations, and need a lot of fluids and movement to support them.


When massaging children's legs, which are often a source of tension as they grow, start from the back of the knees and massage along the calf muscle down towards the feet, directing the energy downwards and outwards. For the arms, massage from the upper arm downward, channeling the energy out through the hands. Conclude by gently pulling their hair at the crown with three small tugs to release accumulated mental energy. After the massage, spend some quiet, screen-free time talking or reading with them, and dim the lights to soothe their nervous system and get them ready for sleep.


Removing Household Toxins

Time in nature, walking barefoot, swimming in the ocean, forest baths, sunshine, fresh water and exercise support natural detoxification. But it's not always easy to get our vaccine-damaged children to comply. And it's almost impossible to compete with screens. However you do control screen time and shopping, including cosmetics, toothpaste, shampoos and soaps, household cleaners, and the food that comes into your home.


Household cleaning agents should be limited to salt, borax, sodium bicarbonate, vinager and some light essential oils. Once you remove chemical household toxins and restore gut health, you may find yourself dealing with an easier child.


Vaccine Detoxes and Clears

Now that your child's detoxification pathways are working well, you can look into more serious detox and clear protocols. As a homeopath, I look for a constitutional remedy first to strengthen the organism. Sometimes this is all that is needed. But if parents don't see enough of an improvement in behaviour, concentration, or vitality, then I may give a homeopathically potentised vaccination in different potencies as a course. I may also do the same for antibiotics, steroids, hormone treatment, and other chemical drugs that may have interfered with the natural course of action the body would have taken. This helps to clear the path so that the immune system can function the way it was designed to.


Other Detox Protocols

In more severe cases, where speech has been affected or if a child is stimming severely or has serious social anxiety, I suggest parents look at Andy Cutler's protocol. This is chelation therapy using ALA for mercury and arsenic, and DMSA or DMPS for lead and mercury. Mercury was used in the MMR vaccine until the late 1980s in Western countries. It was also used in some flu vaccines given to pregnant women, and may still be used today. It is also found in amalgam dental fillings, which should be avoided. Choose ceramic fillings instead if necessary, though often, cavities can be remineralised.


Zeolite, Fulvic acid, and Bentonite clays also have a good reputation for binding to metals and pulling them out, provided that detox pathways are functioning well.


If you have decided to start detoxing your vaccinated children, you may start with these simple steps straight away. Keep the viral load down by giving your child plenty of vitamin C and supplementing with natural antivirals such as olive leaf extract. Zinc is an essential supplement to support detoxification since our soil is mostly depleted. And consider deworming a few times a year using pumpkin seeds and garlic.
